Sun Railings specializing in custom orders, small to large, in the manufacturing, supply, installation & finishing of mostly interior wooden staircases. We offer our clients a wide variety of mass produced products (tread profiles, trim, handrails, posts, spindles/pickets, metal pickets, etc) as well as customized work using raw lumber and design. For the finishing we try to use zero to low VOC, fast drying quality flooring grade stains, varnishes, primers & paints.
Once you have chosen your design of stair handrail, spindles and newel post, the decisions don’t stop there. Your choice of wood is very important too. We offer a varied range of wood types, pine, hemlock, dark hardwood, oak and ash. Other timbers are also available as special orders. So have a look at the pages and let us know if you require any more help. It has proved impossible to list all the items that we have available because there are just too many, so if you don’t see what you want, just give us a call.
You will find us friendly, knowledgeable, and mainly informal in our approach. You will never get the hard sell from any of our staff whether visiting the shop or over the phone, that’s a promise!
